Controller function:
1. There is automatic calibrating system for Welding Current.
2. Support totally 64 welding programs on the programmer. And 16 welding programs are available for external IO. (The external IO's program selection are used with the air pressure switch, light curtain, door lock.)
3. It supports proportional valve function: The output voltage is 0-10V. W
4.It has total three independently welding voltage for each weld: Welding Voltage 1,Welding Voltage 2,Welding Voltage 3. For welding voltage 2, you can set up to 9 pulses for it.
5. With the proportional valve,it can achieve stepper pressure, saddle pressure. It supports two kinds of pressure setting modes, one is percentage mode and the other is KN mode(this function is optional).
6. Automatic Repeat Welding Function.
7. The dressing pressure is independently adjusted. When in dressing mode, will switch into dressing pressure.The cylinder's going up and down pressure's value can be different.
8. The communication port.
One RS232 (Mod-bus RTU protocol. Baud rate is fixed at 115200bps, 8 data bits, 1bit is stop bits, three is no odd-even calibrate).
One RS485 (Mod-bus RTU protocol.Baud rate is fixed at 19200bps, 8 data bits, 1bit is stop bits, three is no odd-even calibrate) .This is convenient for transferring data out.
9. Electrodes dressing and replacement function: There is alarm for dressing and replacing electrodes.And welding spots number for pre-warning can be set.
10. Counter for Welds.
This welder can count shift production, total production, and total welds. It can monitor the missing welds or more welds.11. This welder has self-protecting functions.
It can detect water flow and water temperature.With this function,it can prevent overheating damage to the equipment.12. Alarms Recording Function.
