Rebar Straightening And Cutting Machine Working Principle:
1. Firstly, the speed is increased by the motor through the belt drive, so that the straightening cylinder rotates at a high speed, the steel bar passing through the straightening cylinder is straightened, and the rust on the surface of the steel bar is removed by the straightening die;
2. The motor is driven by another pair of reduction belts and gear reduction box. On the one hand, it drives the two conveying rollers to pull the steel bars forward, and on the other hand drives the crank wheel to move the hammer head up and down.
3. When the steel bar is adjusted to the predetermined length, the hammer head hits the upper tool holder or hydraulic system to cut the steel bar and the cut steel bar falls into the receiving rack.
