Features of Take-up machine:
The steel bar enters into the junction port of the take-up machine for about 200mm and is clamped by the jaw of the junction port of the take-up machine. At the same time, the take-up machine is started. The wire clamping device is treated with 45# high quality steel quenching and tempering. The jaw is made of alloy steel and vacuum quenching to maximize the maximum service time of the jaw
The take-up machine adopts the method of hydraulic unloading. After the PC Bar is packed, the hydraulic system is started to unload. The hydraulic system adopts high-quality hydraulic fittings and the oil cylinder adopts imported seals.
The take-up machine has the function of automatic positioning, i.e. after each unloading, take back the take-up rack, press the positioning button, and the take-up machine will automatically rotate to align the incoming port with the outgoing port of the wire traverse machine, so as to ensure the accuracy of wiring.
