Spheroidizing Annealing Furnace
I. Features of Furnace:
1) Furnace Pot: welded by 8 mm thickness SUS 309S stainless steel after corrugation treatment.
2) Strong Convection System: realized by 6mm thick SUS 309S made convection barrel, shunting board and convection motor.
3) Combustion system: the gus burning annealing furnace adopt Chinese well-known brand (Italian technology), can effectively maintain the stability of the system.
4) H eat insulation effect: the annealing furnace wall insulation thickness is 325mm, heat resistance level is 1260, adopt cotton blanket (folded) between the insulation modules.
5) Electrical control system: Japanese Omron PLC; Taiwan Delta Touch Screen; Japanese RKC imported programmable temperature meter with PID
