3. Equipment parts
1)  Electric heating cover
Steel Structure: Using Q235-A, the steel plate is welded to the steel section, and the bottom inner ring is made of stainless steel
ring to ensure that the steel structure is not deformed.
Furnace lining: It adopts light refractory brick and aluminum silicate blanket compound heat preservation furnace lining, which
has good heat preservation effect, low surface temperature rise of
furnace shell, and temperature rise ≤ 45°C.
Heating element: The heating element is made of high temperature resistance alloy Cr20Ni80 which has a long service life
under high temperature. The power connector adopts a plug-in type copper plug. When the heating cover is used, the copper contact is automatically butted. When the heating cover is lifted off, the plug cover automatically closes. , ensure safety, heating power 900 ~1000Kw.
 
2)  Cooling Cover:
The entire steel structure is simplified and made of carbon steel plate, reinforced with stiffeners, and adopts jet air cooling and jet water cooling. There are two cooling fans at the bottom of the cooling cover and a jet plate at the top. When the cooling fan starts, cold air enters from the lower part and is discharged at the upper part.

 
3) Corrugated inner cover:

4) Furnace table:
The hearth is the core part of the hearth furnace. In the production, we adopt a fully sealed steel structure, which mainly consists of a
circulating fan, a fan blade, a furnace block body, a fluid-conducting fluid, and a receiving plate. The structure of the hearth is more
reasonable. With more standardized materials, safer use, superior performance, and longer life.

The circulating fan adopts 55/11Kw-4/8 grade, and the motor shaft and fan blades are made of heat-resistant stainless steel. Material:

OCr25Ni20Si2 Japan NSK bearing, motor shaft and fan blades need dynamic balance to ensure interchangeability.
Guarantee long-term trouble-free operation. The base of the hearth is welded by I-beams and steel plates. The flange on the top of the chassis is made of 40-thick mid-plates. The flanges are covered with dovetail-shaped silicone rods. The water-cooled grooves are welded on the flanges. There is a circulation fan under the chassis. The mounting base, after welding the entire chassis, strictly guarantees the vertical and horizontal lines of the two planes. The deflector plate is not welded to the furnace bottom body so as to facilitate the repair of the deflector plate. Two thermocouples are set on the furnace seat to control the material temperature in the inner cover area. The inner cover has two points to measure the temperature, one record and one temperature
 
5) Valve holder:
It is composed of flow meter, vacuum pressure gauge, pressure control instrument and so on to realize the operation and control of
the evacuation of the pedestal, the protection of the gas, and the exhaust gas deflation.

6) Temperature Control and Electronic Control System:
Electronic control microcomputer PLC as the main control component, through the 485 communication temperature control

monitoring, control accuracy of ± 3 °C; comprehensive accuracy of 0.8% (relative maximum). Through the local network connection, it can provide the trend display of the furnace and the real-time temperature printout in the furnace. The temperature heating unit
adopts a three-phase cycle power regulator, and the load current is relatively balanced when multiple devices are running. It improves the adjustment accuracy and power supply utilization, and avoids the increase in the playing capacity of the hands and power equipment. The node effect is very obvious. During normal operation, the microcomputer not only monitors the real-time data, but also monitors the status of each bit in real time. Once a fault occurs in the bit status, the system generates an alarm and is displayed in the "Diagnostics" menu to help you locate the fault and repair it in time. Furnace temperature can be automatically controlled at any temperature point and the entire annealing process.
