Product Description
The structure of this series of automatic straightening machine can be divided into two types: C-type and door-type. The door-type straightening machine adopts the closed cabinet frame structure, which is characterised by well-proportioned appearance, compact structure and good rigidity of the machine. The cylinder moving speed is fast and the straightening efficiency is high, and the cylinder moving inertia is small. It is suitable for automatic loading and unloading assembly line operation.
This series of straightening machine is a new type of full-automatic straightening machine developed by our company to adapt to the needs of large users. It is widely used in the automatic inspection and straightening of various shaft parts such as gear shafts, half shafts and camshafts, rotors of electric motors, piston rods, steering racks, and non-circular rod-guided parts, etc., after heat treatment.
