GT6-14S Steel Coil Wire Straightener and Cutter
GT Series High-Speed Steel Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine used for straightening and cutting 6-14mm hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel coil wire and deformed rebar. mostly used in steel mesh production plants, precast concrete component produce facotry, normal building project, construction, tunnel, bridge, dam, high-speed road, High-speed train and so on.
1. Decoiling Steel Wire from the coils.
2. Straightening Steel Wire (Keep linearity low than ±2 mm/m).
3. Cleaning the surface of steel wire (Brush the rust of steel wire).
4. Cutting straight rebar as preset length (Keep the length tolerance less than ±2 mm)
