Product Description
Hot dip galvanizing (HDG) is one of the common galvanizing methods. The process is to completely immerse iron or steel in molten zinc; compared with electro galvanizing, the benefit of hot dip galvanizing is relatively low cost.

Galvanized coils are divided into galvanized coils with spangle and galvanized coils without spangle. Galvanized coil with spangle The galvanized coil with spangle is a zinc flower obtained by condensing the zinc layer under normal conditions after galvanizing. It is mainly used for general purposes. The galvanized with spangle are also divided into small spangle, medium spangle and big spangle, which are mainly used in construction and other occasions with less direct contact with the human body.
Galvanized coil without spangle The Galvanized coil without spangle mainly refers to a special production process, which generally controls the lead in the zinc pot to a certain level.
Exported sea worthy packing:
3 layers of packing. Inside is craft paper, middle is waterproof plastic film and outside GI steel sheet to be covered by steel strips with lock.
Q1: What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% T/T as the upfront deposit, 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of products and package before you pay the balance.
Q2: What is the terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU
Q3: What is your delivery time?
A: For stocks, we could transport the goods to loading port within 7 days after we received your deposit. For production period, it usually takes about 15 days-30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q4: Could you provide the samples?
A: yes, we could provide the free samples on conditions it is available in stocks, however, the transportation fee is borne by buyer.
