The use of inverted drawing machines is increasing day by day for drawing cold heading quality wire from High Carbon Wires, Stainless Steel Wires 8, various kinds of Alloy Wires of thick sizes and with bigger coil weights. The machine can increase the efficiency to a large extent as the drawing is done from coil to coil and the drawn wires are directly wound on carriers which are taken as is for further in-plant use or large coil dispatches.In case of wires size over 16 mm productivity can also be increased with an inline cutter pointing machine and horizontal arm type revolving payoff with a push feeding system.
