1. Equipment introduction

4.1 Drawing body

- The electrical cabinet and operation panel is integrated
- The control panel is on top of electrical cabinet
- Using coolant to cool motor and driver of motor, installing coolant tank, circulation pump, heat exchange, monitoring coolant temperature and level inside tank. In case needed, will alarm or stop machine
- Install cooling water pump to increase cooling water pressure, adopt invertor to control this pump, the flow of cooling water will follow the drawing speed
- Using slit type design when cooling water pass capstan, inner side of capstan is sprayed anticorrosive material, also avoid water scaled; the gap between temperature of capstan surface and temperature of inlet water<50ºC (the pressure of cooling water >0.1mpa)
- With water flow indication window, and outlet water temperature indication
- For capstan diameter more than 560mm (including 560mm capstan), install fan to cool capstan.
- Capstan is made by QT450 casting iron, with tungsten carbide spray on working surface, hardness >HRC60, thickness of layer ≥10 um, surface roughness ≤Ra0.8, capstan lifespan ≥3 year, within 3 year, if capstan have problem due to quality reason, will change free of charge
- The water bush is made of aluminium alloy, to enlarge the duration of water scaled
- Welding structure, divide to two chamber, cooling chamber and lubricant chamber; independent cooling water supply, adopt over flow structure; sealing cover on cooling chamber; install lubricant drawing powder stirrer, install cover on lubricant chamber
- Die box can be rotated to left, right, up and down; install # type wire guide roller before die box
- Die fixing screw is made by copper alloy or stainless steel
