Product Description
The production line is applicable for rod breakdown wire drawing process from large diameter rod of Copper and Aluminum .
This line can equp with annealing unit , drop coiler , reel spooler depends on the finished product form .
The drive method adopts individual servo AC motor to separately drive drawing cone , capstan cone to achieve energy-saving for over 30% . Wire quantity could be single or double wire .

1. Drawing Machine
DLSF450 type machine is a slight-sliding wire drawing machine, fully submersible lubricant cooling is used for the wire drawing chamber, The drawing unit is driven by independent Servo motors , to guarantee the max advantage of the strength to draw the rod, it works together with the swing-arm type, speed reducer is Germany brand; when user needs to Change the wire size, the dies can be with fast-changing method, besides, the elongation for each pass is Adjustable. Speed reducer is working with high precision bears, which is with higher efficiency, lower noisy and function stability. The carcass and main shaft is designed to take the most advantage of wire passing with oblique angle.. Drawing chamber and main shaft of the drawing unit is sealed by combined framework oil seal and mechanical seal.
An touch screen installed to controls and display all functions. User needs to input related data such as inlet wire size, finished wire size, each die location and the correspondent size into the dies charts . This system has functions of technological parameter display, trouble display and alarm etc.; when the trouble of wire slip happened or the operation condition of equipment cannot satisfy the requirement, the system will alarm and display the reason of trouble.
The dies are changed is adopting swift method of replacing the rear dies .
