Screw ship unloader is a kind of efficient continuous bulk cargo ship unloader which is mainly composed of horizontal screw conveyor, vertical screw conveyor and special material taking device without flexible traction component.
This XC600t/h type ship unloader is widely used for the bulk grab ship unloader work purposes in the port and wharf. It is through the longitudinal movement along the track, lateral movement of trolley and lifting, opening and closing movement of grab to work. This machine uses AC frequency control, PLC control, and installed intelligent "state monitoring and control system." It has the characteristics of simple and beautiful appearance, safe and reliable work, advanced performance, convenient maintenance, high durability and so on. It can be widely used in loading and unloading ship operation in each port wharf.
working principle
The flow direction of materials in the unloading process is as follows:
1. The material in the cabin enters the vertical screw conveyor through the relative rotating feeding device (opposite rotating head).
2, the material continues to enter the vertical screw conveyor pipe and is lifted to the end of the boom, through the discharge port and is transferred to the boom screw conveyor.
3. The material enters the transfer funnel located in the center of the rotating tower along the boom.
4. Finally, the material is transferred to the front belt conveyor parallel to the wharf through the horizontal screw conveyor on the gantry.
