Product Description
This machine is a specialized equipment for cleaning metal wires, using shot blasting technology to remove the surface oxide skin of the wires. After shot blasting cleaning, the entire surface of the workpiece has a rust removal level of Sa2.5-3.0, and is uniform inside and outside without scratches. Compared to acid pickling treatment, it has the characteristics of economy, environmental protection, and efficiency.
The equipment adopts a working mode where a single wire continuously passes through the blasting area, and 4 high-efficiency shot blasting machines are installed outside the room to achieve 360 ° shot blasting of the wire, achieving a thorough cleaning effect.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC, which is convenient and reliable to operate.
