Thick Wire Diameter Automatic Gear Ring Winding Machine
The toroidal winding machine, also known as the magnetic winding machine, is simply a winding machine used to produce toroidal inductors.
At present, the different winding methods can be roughly divided into three categories
A. Semi-automatic ring winding machine
B. Simple traction type loop winding machine, also known as crochet winding machine
C. Fully automatic miniature magnetic wrapping machine
The semi-automatic ring winding machine is composed of three parts: the head, the clamp and the base. The so-called head is the winding group, the clamp is the part that clamps the magnetic ring, and the base is the electrical control part. The thickness of the wire diameter can be divided into gear type, belt type, side slip type and round belt type; they all correspond to a certain range of wire diameters. 
Functions and characteristics of gear type large iron core ring winding machine for thick wire:
1. It adopts a Taiwan controller and frequency converter drive, featuring energy saving, low noise, less maintenance, long service life, etc
2. Multi-function microcomputer design, easy data setting, and data can be saved for more than one year after shutdown
3. The storage line length can be set
4. The parameters can be edited according to the product (inner diameter, outer diameter, height, wire diameter, turns)
5. The winding mode can be divided into two types: forward winding and reverse winding, and the angle winding can also be set
6. 0-999 groups of step setting capacity can set the wire storage and winding speed respectively, and different winding directions, winding angles and segmentation angles can be selected
Packaging & Shipping

Wooden case package: For larger scale goods such as machine equipment etc, we have a special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness, density, and length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent cracks and shock. We will inform you of the delivery note.
