Processes
PAIJIN vacuum furnaces consist of a furnace body, heating system, vacuum system, gas recharge system, and control & measure systems. Our standard vacuum furnaces can be used for processes such as annealing, tempering, brazing, sintering, and hardening in both vacuum and atmospheric conditions. By adding additional function parts, our furnaces can also perform carburizing, debinding, nitriding, oil hardening, and low-temperature difference brazing (≤±3ºC).
Hot Zone Materials
- Graphite Hot Zones: Our graphite hot zones are long-lasting, economically repairable, and incorporate hearth designs with high creep strength. They provide excellent ROI.

Payment Terms and Ordering Process
We accept payment by TT (20% in advance, 50% after confirmation of drawings, and 30% after PSI but before loading on board) or 100% LC at sight. The ordering process involves confirming the user's technical specification requirements, receiving a quotation with specifications, confirming the specification and other terms, signing the contract, making the first payment or issuing LC, confirming the drawings, manufacturing, pre-shipment inspection and training, shipment, optional field service (installation and commission), and after-sales service.
Production Time and Delivery Schedules
The production time for our furnaces ranges from 3-8 months depending on the model and specific requirements. Once the furnace is finished, user representatives are invited to visit our factory and inspect the furnace. Additionally, we offer 1-2 weeks of free training courses at our factory. After the pre-shipment inspection and final payment, we will arrange shipping within one week.
