Main Advantages:
(1)the inlet guide wheel is sprayed with tungsten carbide, HRC60;
(2)Drums Material:ZG45 steel, coating tungsten carbide, hardness HRC 58-62,degree of finish<1.6R;
(3)The belt wheel drives the drum to rotate,the dynamic balance is rather good,small vibration in high speed;
(4)The mold box is composed of powder box and water cooling device,Lubricating powder cavity + water cooling cavity, to ensure drawing in high speed, water cooling the drawing dies directly. The body of die box adopt welding work piece, the inlet guide wheel is stainless steel. Can be adjusted up and down, forward and back, and could be fixed as well, also equipped lubricating powder mix device;
(5)The wire drawing die in the die box is forced to cool by direct water inlet and outlet to ensure that the wire drawing die works at normal temperature, thus improving the service life of the wire drawing die and ensuring the quality of wire;
(6)The main machine frame is welded with steel plates,installed with the safety cover and stop the machine for detection after disconnection;
(7)Pneumatic brake is adopted for parking brake;
(8)Adopt PLC control system and human-machine interface operation system, which is easy to operate,(speed change, back and forward button, current and voltage)
